Each cut from Rodgers is not simply purchased - it’s personally handpicked from a network of carefully chosen British farms to ensure full traceability from pasture to plate. This dedication to origin ensures that every steak we serve carries the pride of provenance.

We also source small amounts of British Wagyu to bring something unique to our menu. Renowned for its excellent eating quality, the Wagyu breed is famous for its marbling, where fat is evenly dispersed throughout the muscle.  This effectively melts through the cooking process, which releases impressive flavours and succulence.

Our suppliers’ Wagyu beef production prioritises sustainable, high-welfare farming, with cattle grazing outdoors on British grasslands for roughly two years before finishing on a mix of grain and forage to promote marbling, welfare, and authentic flavour. 

Their beef is aged on the bone for a whole week before deboning and further ageing - resulting in a depth of taste and tenderness that’s unmistakable.
